Dug this little Button on private property with permission, I might add.... When it first came out of the ground, I thought I had a Virginia Button...
But turned out to be a Knights of Pythias Button...with a Waterbury backmark.... Group started around 1864 but I'm thinking this button dates closer to 1900...any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated...

You don't dig them everyday...even though it's not a great find...

Very nice button indeed! Thank you for sharing that with us!

That backmark style is attributed to a period from 1870-1900, so your button could be earlier than you give it credit for.

Thanks again, and welcome to Antique Button Talk!
